• The Managing Director, Mr. Bill Catalano, takes a "hands on" approach to management and is actively involved in the day to day running of the business. Bill has invaluable experience in the engineering surveying industry with particular expertise in MRWA surveys, water supply, infill sewerage, drainage, road construction and other major earthworks projects.

We at BCE Surveying pride ourselves on taking the time to speak with each client to determine their individual needs. This allows us to best manage each project to the complete satisfaction of the client.
  
  
• Mrs. Katrina Catalano is our Office & Quality Manager. Ms. Emily Harnby & Rebecca Whittenbury who are our full-time Office Assistant, assists Katrina in the adminstration of the company.Our professional office staff manage all the company administration, human resources, payroll, Quality assurance, finances, etc as well as handling all enquiries to the office. They pride themselves with providing excellent service to both our clients and our Surveying staff.
  
  

• Mr. Don Forrest is our Bunbury based Survey Manager. Don is an Engineering Surveyor with extensive experience in management and in all areas of civil and construction engineering surveying.
  
  
  
  
• Mr. Carl Catalano is our  Perth based Survey Manager. Carl is an experienced Engineering Surveyor, with extensive experience in all areas of civil and construction surveying.
  

 

• Mr. Paul Bayley is our Albany based Survey Manager. Paul is an experienced Engineering and Mining Surveyor and is fully conversant in all areas of Engineering Surveying across all sectors.
  
  

  
  
  
  Our Engineering and Mining Surveyors manage their own projects and have vast experience in civil, construction and mining surveying . Our Surveyors all have a good working knowledge of the Trimble GPS RTK and Geodimeter systems which enhances our ability to provide a cost effective option for all of our clients.
  
  
  BCE Surveying has initiated a Trainee Surveyors programme with the long term goal being to stablise the company's workforce and to ensure that the company's Surveyors are fully qualified and conversant with the company's quality procedures.
